GUKI CELLARS reserves the right to request that corrections to the order be made or to cancel the order should this be necessary.

通例、ワインやスピリットは3本、6本あるいは12本入りの仕入れ先の木箱または段ボール箱で販売、配送されます。
しかし、弊社ではほとんどの商品をお客様の”お好み詰合せ”でのご注文を快く承ります。
お好み詰合せを承れないのは、予め箱詰めされたセット販売商品とフランケン・ボックスボイテルボトルワインです
フランケン・ボックスボイテルボトルワインは、同一ワインもしくは他のフランケン・ボックスボイテルボトルワインを詰め合わせた3本入りの箱でのみ販売されています。
ノンアルコールワインやスピリット商品の販売単位は別途表示されています。

As a rule, wines and spirits are sold and delivered in their original packing i.e. either wooden cases or cartons of 3, 6 or 12 bottles.
However, customers are welcome to order most products in “Assorted Cartons” except for certain products (e.g. pre-packed sets and for Franken Bocksbeutel bottle wines which are available only in cartons of 3 bottles, of either the same wine or assorted with other Franken Bocksbeutel bottle wines).
The standard range of cartons is for 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 bottles.
Non-wine & spirit products are packed and sold in units as stated separately.

表示されている価格は貯蔵庫渡し価格です。
記載されている全ての商品価格や手数料は消費税を含んでいます。該当する場合には送料、その他の料金や手数料が加算されます。
配送ごとに500円（税込）の均一送料をご負担いただきます。
注記：北海道、九州、沖縄県、その他の離島への配送に対しては、適用される均一送料が選択され、請求されます。

Prices quoted are to be understood ex cellar.
All product prices and service charges stated include the tax.
Transportation fees and other fees or charges, as stated, are added as applicable. For each delivery a regular transportation fee of 500 yen (including tax) is charged. NOTE: For deliveries to Hokaido, Kyushu, Okinawa Prefecture and other islands, please select and charge the applicable regular delivery fee.

4月16日から9月30日まではクール便での配送を特にお勧めします。
クール便をご希望された場合、6本またはそれより少ないロットごとに300円（税込）、10本までのロットごとに600円（税込）のクール便料金をご負担いただきます。
適用される均一送料が選択され、請求されます。
注記：クール便に対して、一箱の最大本数は（12本でなく）10本です。
クール便のお勧め期間以外でも、クール便配送をご希望の場合は追加料金が加算されます。
標準のクール便配送温度は6〜10℃です。

From April 16th to September 30th transportation by "Cool Delivery" is highly recommended. If cool delivery was requested a "Cool Delivery" fee" of ￥ 300 (including tax) for each lot of 6 bottles or less or ￥ 600 (including tax) for each lot of 10 bottles or less is charged.
Please select and charge the applicable regular delivery fee.
NOTE: For cool delivery the max. number of bottles per carton is 10 bottles (not 12).
The "Cool Delivery" surcharge applies also to other periods of the year (if so requested).
Standard cool delivery temperatures range from 6~10°C.

通常発送
ご指定がない限りご注文手続き完了後、翌営業日にご注文の商品を発送いたします。
地域によりますが、発送後1〜3日で商品はお手元に届きます。

指定配達日
配達のご希望日や時間帯がございましたら、オーダーシートの該当する欄にご入力ください。
時間帯については多少の遅れが生じることもありますのでご承知ください。

Standard delivery
Unless specified otherwise orders are dispatched one working day after order procedures were completed.
Depending upon the location receivers will receive the order within 1-3 days after the dispatch date.

Timing your delivery
Should you desire to receive your order on a certain date and/or time, please complete respective entries in the order form. It should be noted that delays in time might occur.
Please also note that orders must be dispatched within 30 days after the order date at the latest.

全ての仕入れ先からの木箱やダンボール箱は、しっかりとしたダンボール箱に梱包されて配送されます。
"お好み詰合せ"は弊社の標準梱包手順で梱包し発送されるので、箱詰めされるワインの種類や本数は梱包作業中に判断し決められること、また、これらのダンボール箱はギフト用でないこともご承知ください。

All cases and cartons are delivered in solid cartons.
Please note that products for delivery in "Assorted Cartons" are packed and dispatched in line with standard working procedures; the kinds and numbers of products in each carton cannot be determined in advance.
These cartons are also not suitable as gift boxes.

お支払条件
商品代金のお支払方法は下記からお選びください。

１．クレジットカード
VISA, Master, JCB, American Express, Diners Clubがご利用いただけます。
注記：ご注文の合計金額が100,000円を超える場合は、銀行振込みでのお支払いをお願いします。
カードでのお支払いが難しい場合は、銀行振り込み又は代金引換（COD）を選択してください。

２．代金引換（COD）
注記：代金引換の場合は、400円（税込）の手数料が別途かかります。1回の代金引換ご利用限度額は300,000円です。

Payment terms
To pay your order please choose from among the ways stated below:

1. Pay using either a Visa, Master, JCB, American Express or Diners Club credit card.
NOTE: Order amounts exceeding ￥ 100,000 are to be paid by bank remittance.
NOTE: Please be advised that any of the designated credit cards, when issued in Japan, is accepted. However, the card registration and related procedures are in Japanese language only.
Should you not be familiar with it please select to pay by means of cash on delivery (COD).

2. Pay COD (Cash on delivery)
For Cash on delivery payment a handling fee of ￥ 400 (including tax) is charged.
NOTE: The maximum amount for one COD delivery is limited to ￥ 300,000.
